Some times in life you meet strangers who become such good friends. Here are the Cabin Volunteers, Allison, Connie, Lynne and Nancy, who helped us at times to keep our critters safe. They are so appreciated. In the last few months, White Plains visitors have come through for our seals and a return couple The Higgins are back to assist with the seals again.

I told the group of Cabin Volunteers, THEY CANT GO HOME, THEY HAVE TO STAY IN HAWAII TO SAVE OUR SEALS. He. He. Thanks to all the gals and guys for everything. I forgot to mention the couples in 1708 A and B as well. Cant remember names, sorry.

Well three day weekend coming up...wonder if the seals will come out in force...hmmm, we'll see.

And the couple in the photo, on shore, waiting for the seals return...I thought that was the sweetest, warmest scene ever. But I was worried for them as the waves were getting BIG. God bless you two, you touched my heart...

Its funny all the seals disappeared from Plains after two months of being there almost every single day. It kind of feels .... SAD not to see them, all lined up.

I thought the story on the new seal was a sad one, hope that seal gets to live to be 32 years old. Thanks for the information guys.

So long Cabin ladies...you will be missed. Thanks!!!!
