Despite a lot of lookin' at the SE quadrant, the action would not begin until 0951, when I got back to Makai Pier. At that time I found Sadie (RB12) moving up the beach front incline with Kolohe (RW22) showing enthusiastic interest in her, while little Nani (RK60) stayed off to the side. Sadie successfully kept the boy at bay, and all would spend the day snoozin', fronting 1BS on Rabbit Island. Sadie has been seen lately on the Mokes , and prior to that a sighting up in Laie. She last came home for a visit on 7-8-12. This 5 year old female is definitely lookin' chubby, with the classic "sweet potato" look to the bod. As for her plan... only Sadie knows, but having her on Rabbit Island sure beats the heck outta' the Mokes ! Is there anyway we can keep her there :-) just asking. lol In all seriousness though, is there anyway to "predict" how far along this first time almost momma is?
At 0721 Team Billand reported 2AW on the east side of the White Plains perimeter fence.
Also at 0721 they found Makaiwi (R4DF), once again fronting #1707, WP.
At 0954 Zeeny called to advise that she had seen "N32" (Temp 412), about half way in on the Waianae side trail to Ka'ena Point.
She would call again at 1048 advising that she and Kimo had found Ka'ena (RO40) at the end of the world.
At 1040 Team Billand called to advise that M&M (R020) was just hauling out to join Makaiwi fronting #1707, White Plains.
The Billands called at 1125 that they were following Benny (RE74) & Kerby (RW08) whom they'd found at Al's Bench, Kalaeloa Campgrounds, as they swam in a White Plains direction. After a brief stop at #1760 they would ultimately haul out to join the girls (Makaiwi & M&M) at #1707, at 1238.
At 1440 Team Billand reported Kermit (R012) foraging off of Nimitz Jetty. He would haul out fronting pavilion #1806, Nimitz Cottages at 1503.
