7-21-2012 DB's Dailies: Buster@SC&KK, M&M,Pup,Kolohe@RI, Kerby@Maili Pt, Irma@Paradise Cove,RI37,2AW&Benny@Makaha, Ka'ena@KP

At 0647 I found Buster (RV08) doing 10 to 14 minute dives at Spitting Cave. Buster has been MIA for 10 days, having last been seen (at SC) on 7-11-12. The boy was beginning to worry me. He failed to surface for his anticipated 0740 up. I waited 3 more rounds and then relocated to China Walls, Fingers, and Kokee Flats, but alas I found nobody.

Gayle checked in at 1133 to advise that she was with Buster at Irma's Grotto, Kokee Flats, Portlock.

I failed to see M&M and Pup on any of my initial RI checks. It would be 1411 before I finally got a look at Mom & Pup (D#38) . They were doing an afternoon swim session.

At 1059 I found Kolohe (RW22) just hauling out to the far left end of the beach on RI. He would remain the rest of the day.

Team Billand reported Kerby (RW08) at Maili Point at 0840. The Billands reported him gone at 1416.

At 0930 they reported Irma (R010) at Paradise Cove. Dana called at 1354 to advise that Irma had departed 15 minutes ago. Thank you Irma !

I got a call from a posse member at 0950 advising that a diver had reported "N6" in the water at Shark's Cove.

Dana called at 1012 with the report of 3 animals at Makaha. Team Billand checked in at 1057 to sort out the story. Apparently, RI37 and 2AW were together at the Makaha Shores condos, and Benny (RE74) was a Beale's Pond. At 1114 Benny entered the water and shortly thereafter attempted to haul out to 2AW & RI37's location. 2AW was goin' for that at all, and being the older and wiser of the two, ran Benny off.

Team Billand reported that 2AW departed at 1600. RI37 remains.

Mrs. Whisperer did the Ka'ena Point trek today, and reported Ka'ena (RO40) at 0940, at the end of the world. She paid special attention to the beaches on the way in and out of KP in hopes of finding "phat chick", R912 but she found nobody.
