September 12, 2026 Saturday's Dailies

Their first find on the west side was the lovely Miss Kala RH76 . They hadn't seen her since the storm Lowell had passed.  She is looking good, she has put on some weight and there were some new scratches.

Team R&B were concerned because two homeless dogs were walking just about 20 feet of her. Thankfully the dogs kept passing and the dogs owner was on the beach picking up shells.  After about 20 minutes the dogs and the homeless guy walked away. 

Next stop was at kahe, where there were two seals seen again out by the outfall. Here we go again..... one adult size green seal with tags. And the other seal was adult size, cc scars on back and on side. They

just couldn't make or confirm an ID.

Much to their delight they saw dolphins. With all the crappy weather conditions, brown water, debris it was nice to see them out there doing what they do best. Having fun. 

One last stop paid off, where they saw a seal resting on the rocks. The seal was on his side and they could see its tags P31. It's Puka RP30, good to see he is okay.
