Team Billand was at the outfall before 7 am this morning. When they arrived they spotted Kalani, swimming in and out of the outfall. He went out along the shoreline and back to the outfall and finally he disappeared.
They did find him again at a nearby beach as he arrived and immediately went went to sleep.
Team Billand left and headed over to a westside beach and found RG28 Lefty on the rocks. He been there earlier and when they returned he was still there alone.
About 9 am Team Billand spotted Holokai coming in, checking the area, then hauling up on lower rocks with RG28. There was no interaction between them. Barb got a good shot of his natural bleach splatter on his hind flipper.
Kekoa RK72 was seen going to high rocks, hauled up and went way in, which made it really hard to see. But they did a boobie bird fishing and the surfacing enjoying the water.
Next up was little Kalua RL20 looking then rook off to a cave for a bit. He came back saw both big boys Kekoa and Holokai and hauled up. There was a very cute interaction between the three and then they all settled in for the day.
At 3 pm Team Billand found RL42 Leia at another west side
location. She was on the rocks resting looking quite dry and is pretty big. She was relaxing in peace and Team Billand wanted it to stay that way so they left so it wouldn't draw attention to her.
At 3:25 Team Billand found their last critter. There was RL98 Lina laying there peacefully and she too was very dry. Seems like the girls had hauled out earlier and spent the day in the sun. Lina was well hidden in the rocks but Team Billand did get a glimpse of applied bleach N34.
