11/25/2015 DB's Dailies: Kolohe&Kainoa@Rabbit Island, Kaiwi@China Walls, Benny@White Plains, La'akea@Turtle Bay

At 0658 I found Kolohe (RW22), partially visible behind the waterfront rocks of Rocky Right Beach, on RI. He would remain there all day. I love that “cue ball” bleach.

 Also at 0658 I found what would turn out to be Kainoa (RN04), 60 ft left of 3BS. He too would remain all day. At 1133 Gayle called with the report of Kaiwi (RK96) at China Walls. Posse member Cate confirmed that Kaiwi was still there on her 1332 check.

 Team Billand called at 0649 to advise that just as they arrived at White Plains Benny was departing with another seal. They never got an ID on the other animal.

 At 1148 Lifeguard posse member Dennis called the Billands to advise that Benny had hauled out near Tower#2, at White Plains. When the Billands arrived at 1210 they confirmed the Benny (RE74) ID. He was between #1707&1708, White Plains. The Billands had to deal with nightmare traffic so check da’ blog in the morning for their day.
