At 0835 , when I got back to Makai Pier, I found an U/F at the log, 40 ft left of 1BS.
At 0951 another U/F hauled out to the left end the beach. Sadie postured toward her, as she moved up. She would meet the other U/F moving down from the log, and both would begin moving in Sadie’s direction. Sadie made short work of them, running both off. The 2 U/F would relocate to the left rock flats for the day. No ID was possible.
A DanaTxt at 0707 advised that Benny was gone this morning.
At 0825 another DanaTxt advised that Rocky had overnighted at Kaimana.
Tracy called at 1327 with word that Ola Loa had been successfully tagged, though there is a slight anomaly in the tags. Her left tag (and permanent ID) is RG03. The right tag is RG11. Tracy advised that Kaikaina (RL54) had been there with Ola, but departed with the operation.
At 1525 Ocean Safety called reporting the arrival of an U/U to Kaimana Beach. Contacted Dana & Hotline. A ColleenTxt at 1655 confirmed the Benny (RE74) ID.
At 1542 Canadian posse member Darlene called to advise that “N62" (RW02), RL42, plus two others were at KP today.
In the Y/N department Ken Tingman sent photos from his trek to The End of the World on 4-15-15. He found Ka’ena(RO40),RW02,R330&RL42 at Ka’ena Point.
Another Y/N item came from Jason O’Rourke, who along with Rikki Goble were with Benny (RE74) at Ala Moana last night. Thanks Jason for the shots. It sounded like at typical day with the crowd at the scene.
