HMMA Update from July 4th

At 1115 a report came about Kaiwi (RK96) and PO4 hauled out outside of the SPZ at Alan Davis. Mom and pup eventually returned to the SPZ on their own. At 1328 Honey Girl (R5AY) was reported in Laie near Pounders Beach. She was ID'ed by tag. The rest of the day was quiet.
