Okay DB do your magic.... my guess for the adult seal is KC since there appears to be an obvious cookie cutter scar, and if you look real close there is a hint of one on what would be the right size.... now for the little one... hmmm I don't know of any youngens with a transmitter and antenna. Perhaps this is a wee one from one of the other islands... Okay NOAA folks who's wired for sound these days? ~da blog lady~

That certainly looks like KC (RK28) to me. There is not enough to go on regarding the transmitter animal, but Tracy/Charles should be able to ID based on recent Critter Cam activities. DB
Charles and Tracy confirmed that the mystery guest seal is RK36, and Kauai guy, whom you may recall from a few months ago that was brought over from Kauai for fish hook removal, at the same time the T15M nightmare was happening. Since KC is returning from pupping on Kauai, it seems logical that this guy followed her back. DB
