9-16-2012 DB's Dailies

At 0545 Irma (R010) was once again waiting for me, right where I'd left her last night. We redid the rope, and continued the day. She has remained all day. I picked up the rope at dark. Irma remains.

At 0634 I found Kolohe (RW22) up in the vegetation behind Seal Rock Inlet. He would later move down, allowing me to see his D#9, 80% molt.

At 0636 I found Duke (RA12) amongst the water front rocks, 40 ft left of SRI. He would move up later, and remained all day.

On a pan at 0830 I found Aukai (RL12) snoozin' on the left end rock flats at RI. She would move up with the rising tide, and remained all day.

The Kaiwi/Buster hunt was on all day. It would be 1200 before June would call with word that Buster (RV08) had done one of his routine "drive bys" at Kaiwi's hangout at Lanai Lookout, but finding nobody, he continued his patrol of Bamboo Ridge.
Team Billand checked in at 0723 with the report of Pohaku (R028) at Paradise Cove. She would depart at 1320.

At 0808 the Billands called to advise that Clay Gates had reported T21M at Iroquois Point.
M&M (R020) was the Billand's next find at 0839. She had apparently overnighted fronting #1944 at White Plains.

At 0942 they found Kermit (R012) at Kermit's Reef, on the west side of the Nimitz Jetty. At 1433 Barbara to advise that they had found Kermit, now at Campbell Industrial Park, having relocated from Kermit's Reef.

Dana checked in with an animal near the trailers at Turtle Bay that would prove to be a 100% molted Right Spot (R016), at 1018. She also sent photos of R5AY & pup.
