11-1-11 DB Dailies

Marilyn found Kaiwi (RK96) in the tide pool, 150 ft east of the AD wall at 0610. She would entered the water at 0640, and disappeared at 0645, though she seemed to be headed west. Posse member Gayle found her at Crappy Cove at 0730, lolling in the shallows, but again she was lost at 0800. By pure luck I happened to be panning the Irma's waters, at 0935, and found Kaiwi swimming to the east. She would haul out to the Irma's rocks spot, 200 yds west of the AD wall at 0742. She remained there through my 10-1 shift. On Jackie's 1-4, she was still snoozin' except for a 1337 encounter with an unleashed pit bull who got within 2 ft of her before the owner controlled it. She leashed the animal in response to Jackie's request. Kaiwi alerted but did not depart. On Zee and Patrick's she snoozed until 1610, when she entered the water and swam off toward the west.

At 0728 I found Buster (RV08) 40 ft left of 1BS on Rabbit Island. When I got to Makai Pier at 0750 I found that Duke (RA12) was there also. Nani (RK60) was by herself at the right end of the beach, at Seal Rock Inlet.

Team Billand called at 0845 to advise that posse member Clay Gates had reported Kermit (R4DG) and Irma (R010) at Iroquois Point today. They would depart of their own volition at 1400.

Dana checked in at 1108 with the news that R5AY and Ua Malie (RT10) were at Turtle Bay today.

Tracy called at 0845 to advise that Charles had confirmed that yesterday's Hanauma Bay weaner was in fact Kekoa (RK72). Though I never heard from Charles, Thea was kind enough to forward a map. Though there are many anomalies there, it appears as though he may have been over in the Makapuu/Kaupo area, but ?????? I did not see him today, nor did I see Kolohe .

As many (or all ) of you know, KP2 arrived back on Oahu this afternoon. I'm sure you'd love to see shots, however everything must recieve the blessing of NOAA, so I have no idea what their plan might be. Only NOAA Knows .

 Buster and Duke
 Kaiwi on the move
Kekoa's iMap with a couple of glitches.... unless he has the ability to travel inland without anyone noticing.
Kermit and Irma... we going for the long haul of their being together
Posse Clay who hung out with them at Iroquois
 sooooo relaxed!
