At 0750 we found Duke (RA12) doing 6 minute dives at Spitting Cave. It was all backwash and white water, but he was right at home in the wash. When I got back to Makai Pier for my 2nd look at a dizzly, windy Rabbit Island I found Kolohe (RW22) and Buster (RV08) snoozin' together, 50 ft left of 2BS. They remained all day.
Team Billand checked in at 0809 with the report of Pohaku (RO28) at Tracks. The found 2AW at 0840 at a separate location at Tracks. At 0916 they found Kermit (R4DG) at Wind Sock, Kalaeloa Beach. They found Makaiwi (R4DF) on D#11 of her stay, fronting #1704 at Nimitz Cottages. At 1050 they found Max (R5EW), at Palm Grove, Campbell Industrial Park.
In the "Yesterday's News" department, I found Kelly Evans mail waiting for me this morning, with photo confirmation of RI37 and Right Spot (R016) at Sunset Beach yesterday.
