5-10-11 Day 7 California Trip Visit UCSC

Aloha Good People!
On Tuesday, Lesley, Terri and I drove down to Santa Cruz to visit the University and their very special resident Ho'ailona (kp2).... First I want to say how gracious Dr. Terrie, Beau and Traci were allowing us to visit the facility and observe our beloved Ho'ailona's daily routine. He is amazing with his ability to complete these task, so different from when we last saw him in Hawaii... NOT TO MENTION he is all grown up... he doesn't look like a young'en anymore.... he has filled out quite nicely and looks very very healthy. ( his whiskers should be entered into the Guinness book of world records... no joke).

Unfortunately I do not have any photos I can share on the blog, since any photos are under the UCSC permit... and I am not sure how that all works. If you would like to see what he is up to check out his face book page http://www.monkseal.ucsc.edu/KP2/Home.html

Again thank you to Dr. Terrie, Beau and Traci for taking such good care of him.... and for taking some time out of their busy schedule to meet with some of his Aunties from Hawaii.
