5-7-11 Day 4 California Trip Day 3 Marine Mammal Center

Aloha Good People!
Today was another fulfilling day and Team Hawaii came through with shining colors..... Lesley and Donna
switched up and spent the day with the Harbor seals and Terri was topside with the elephant seals.  We're all taking advantage of the opportunities available to us.....
OH!!! and what a surprise of all surprises... our very own Colleen stopped by the center to say hello. She was visiting with a friend.... (this was not planned) ... as it turns out she was staying 15 minutes away from the center... unfortunately she is leaving tomorrow, instead of spending the day with us...  ho-hum.

Harbor seal day is a lot of work in that you are handling small wiggly critters who HAVE to be fed but aren't always willing, cooperative or successful.  But with determination the team pulled through... Enjoy some of these great photos from today's adventure.

Lesley restraining lil pup for feeding... hard work but someone got to do it.... note the little bugger, right side of Lesley... this was the hardest part keeping him out of the way.
Free feed in the pool... Lil Mike upfront working very hard to finish before his buddies steal it from him.

Lesley wins... she is good at everything.
Me on the other hand.... well I came to a stand still.
