Aloha,
Barbara, you must be so excited, your birthday wish is happening everyday with seeing so many seals. Must have looked like seal soup!!!
DB, do you have any idea when M&M might pup? Or any of the other chubby girls??
Thrilled to.hear I15 had her pup at Kalaupapa yesterday, that's such a calm and safe place.
Ron and I will back on Molokai the end of April...hope to see the old gang.
Have a great day guys...thanks for all you do and for keeping us Mainlanders in the loop. Miss you all.

Wonderful photos of the five seals Barb. It's so cool to see them all together. Kermit doesn't look too happy, even barking at poor Makaiwi. I was thinking that Max looks like he's put on a little weight since he first arrived. Of course, it doesn't help with him lying next to a pregnant female. Do we have a guess about his age? Diane

I cant begin to tell you how excited we both were finding 5 seals, basking together...we have always joked, WHY CANT THEY ALL BE TOGETHER, IN ONE SPOT...That was a dream of ours for a long time. Who would know that the dream actually came true???? So glad it wasnt at White Plains, Can YOU IMAGINE THAT???? Wonder how we would have done??? Well, if that happens, we all got to get together and work out as a TEAM to protect all animals. We would take the whole beach.
I think they said Max is a year old when he got his tags at Ko olina. He is all of 3 and 1/2 ft long, maybe a bit more. He is very little, but yes, gaining.
Congratulations on the second born on Kaulapapa...YEAH!!!! Best place to grow up at.
Having five seals at this beach was great, no signs or ropes needed...they were left alone..and we were in awe!!!!!!
