3-14-2011 Team Billand finds 6FI and Benny @ Maili Point

We traveled lots of beaches looking for monk seals, didnt find any till around 11 am. Came across Kermit in Ewa Beach and he looked so peaceful alllll by himself, next to a wall. He must have been tired of being nagged at at White Plains. A man a dog were walking the beach, I got worried as they headed to Kermit. The dog was very interested in the seal, but finally, both man and dog went other way. Phew.

Next was finding Miss M and M out at Campbells...Oh she is one fat MAMA...and so pretty...a real lady. No one around to bug her, Nice.
And then our last find, Benny and Noa out at Maili Pt. Oh my goodness, I cant explain how excited I was when I found Benny. Not knowing in front of him lay a little seal. As I came around..there was Noa, snoozing with Benny. Benny decided to go for a swim, or maybe leave. BUT..even after snorting to Noa to join him...NOA WENT, NAH, I'm staying here. Benny went back up on the rocks, grumbling and both seals remained together as buddies. I think Uncle Benny is very fond of Noa and is looking out for him...AWE....I feel blessed to find two seals there...like finding Easter EGGS!!!!
