Marilyn got a text that there was a seal at an east side beach, so she went to check. She spent about a half hour with her. The seal was a young adult female RP20. She was born on Kauai bust was seen earlier this year at white plains and Waikiki. Marilyn thinks this is her first time to this side. She is small adult size, female belly, P20/P21 tags and a C scar on her left chest, and a line scar on her left neck. She was getting hit by the waves at high tide, but remained on shore.
Team R&B started on the west side and their first find was Miss Kala RH76. They were happy to see
her back. She was hiding in the rocks, which took them a little bit to get her ID.

While with Kala they happen to see another seal. It was swimming by so they couldn't get an ID other than it was an adult.
Next from afar they spotted a little tiny skinny seal with lots of green and two red tags. So they went over to the rest camp area and was able to ID the young male RV20.
They were making their way to plains but stopped to check out the outfall area. They saw an adult size seal foraging. Once again they were able to male an ID other than an adult size unknown.
They eventually made their way to plains after being in traffic due to afire at Yuens Store. Unfortunately by they time they arrived the seal took off.
So they went to check another area and to their delight there was a seal. A big male, but not R407, this male had tags. Finally he stretched out and they could read the tags. It's R3CX Nalu!
