On the west side they saw a seal with a clean coat and one tag foraging. They believe this seal is Lei Ola RH48. They watched her for about 2 hours noting she had at least one tag. When they went back late in the day she was still foraging, now next to the jetty. They got a photo of her cat4ching a fish.
At Kahe they found RP28 Wakea alone on the rocks. He was
snoozing and at peace. Nice to have him in a place where he won't get bothered by intruders. They also got to enjoy the dolphins doing their thing, as always a joy to see.

Over by the outfall there were two seals foraging. They both appeared to be sub-adult size, one had a lot of green and the other had a clean coat. They were not able to get information on tags or sex, so reported as Unknown.
Lastly they headed over to Nimitz and spoke with two ladies from the cabins. They said the seal had moved further down but was still on shore. They went to check it out thinking it would be R407, but they couldn't see any of his markers. Then they thought maybe it was KG89. Someone on site said there had been another seal but left before they arrived.
Along their travels today they saw a couple of other beautiful critters; bird, fish and butterfly. Oh the things we see.
