At 1111 little RG32 hauled out, 50 ft left of Seal Rock Inlet. He too would remain the day.
I was happy to see little green Kawena (RH36) haul out of Seal Rock Inlet at 1150. Her N36 bleach was visible as the lighting improved.
Marilyn & Lesley once again trekked the northern route to Ka’ena Point today. Their first sighting was Luana (RN58) at Hidden Beach. Unfortunately, Luana had crowds when they came later.
At 0900 they found Ka’ena (RO40) at a small cove just beyond west of Hidden Beach.
At Ka’ena Point they found R3CU on the Back Beach. He would later depart.
At 0656 Team Billand reported RIP (RR70) at 30MIN mark on the westside KP trail.
At 0906 the Billands found Ka’ale (RH32) at Maili.
At 1033 they located RN14 at Kahe Pt.
I’m sure the Kaimana area was a Saturday zoo today. Rocky&PO3 had some Instagram shots, and even more video. I’d also heard from a old beachgoer friend also had seen Kawai also out there, but I have not as yet seen any Instagram shots. HMMA volunteers were on shift duty at Kaimana.
