1/5/2017 DB's Dailies: Kea.RM38,Kolohe&J/M@Rabbit Island, Benny@Secrets, Pohaku@CIP, Lei Ola@Makua Cliffs, Squinty,RL42,Aukai&RW02@Ka'ena Point,

Another winter day on the pier, with rain and crappy visibility. At 0745 I found what would prove to be Kea (RN46) & RM38, once again together up in the Morning Glory to the left of 1BS on Rabbit Island.

 50ft right of 1BS I found Kolohe (RW22).

 At 0924 the usual little J/M hauled out of Seal Rock Inlet.

 Team Billand reported Benny (RE76) at Secrets at 0621. He would depart at 0654.

 At 0755 they found a foraging Pohaku (RO28) at Campbell Industrial Park.

 Their next find was Lei Ola (RH48) at Makua Cliffs.

 Barbara did the Ka’ena Point trek and reported RL42 Squinty (R330), Aukai (RL12)& RW02 at the End of the World. Barbara also reported that the west side KP gate has been repair. She also found lots of debris at BG’s pool. She enlisted the aid of two good guys, Bryant & Ray, to get it removed. Mahalos guys !!!

 Barbara received word in the afternoon that Benny was back at Secrets. She was still at KP so she reported it to the Hotline.
