At 0828 Kimo Kai (RT12) hauled out and moved him to hang out with first Buster and then RM38.
Mark Sullivan (NOAA) was on island today , on a bleaching mission. Buster , of course was out to the question, and RM38's coat is still a bit too new for a bleach to take. Kimo Kai however was just right, and now sports a right side , mid body N13 bleach. He rolled on it a bit, but it was still readable. Thank you Mark, for the long hard day.
Additional NOAA personnel checked the other off shore islands down this way, and reported finding Nani (RK60) on Moku Nui. She now has a new N50 bleach. They also reported a J/M & J/F on Moku Manu, which is a real rare piece of info since sightings there are very sparse.
There will be photos on Monday. Really we have to wait until MONDAY..... :-(
At 0606 Team Billand reported Pohaku (RO28) at Secrets. Warren & Nancy reported her departure at 1415.
At 1000 the Billands found RIP (RR70) once again at Maili Point.
A Tammy T text at 1028 brought word that they had Aukai (RL12), Ka’ena (RO40)&RW02 at Ka’ena Point.
