4-19-2013 DB's Dailies: Sadie&Pup(D#37),Nani&Buster@RI, Kolohe&Kerby@Maili Pt, M&M,RIP@WP, Pohaku&Kermit@PC, Benny@Lagoon#4,RL54@Kahuku, La'akea@TB

At 0649 I found Sadie&Pup (D#37)(RB12) in the Morning Glory, 1BS, Nani (RK60) 60 ft left of Seal Rock Inlet, and Buster (RV08) behind Seal Rock Inlet. Mom and pup would move down to the far left end of the beach, for all swims and haul outs. Nani moved down to the water front rocks and remained all day. Buster moved down and I lost sight of him at 1016. I did not see him again today.

Team Billand checked in at 0706 with word of Kolohe (RW22) at Maili Pt.

At 0819 they advised that Kolohe was now gone, but Kerby (RW08) was just hauling out to Maili Pt.

At 0908 the Billands found M&M (R020) fronting #1708, White Plains.

At 0913 I got a call from my favorite Molokaian with word of Noa (R6FI) on her turf. Noa had last been seen on Oahu on 4-1-13 at Maili Pt, but the Billands. hmmmm who might that be?????? :-) It can only be the one and only Diane P.

At 1116 Team Billands reported Pohaku (RO28) at Paradise Cove.

They would call again at 1239 to advise that Kermit (R012) had hauled out to join Pohaku at Paradise Cove.

The Billands called at 1430 to advise that Laurie had called with word that RIP (RR70) had joined M&M at White Plains.
At 1445 Team Billand reported Benny (RE74) at Lagoon #4, KoOlina.

Posse member Dennis Kunkel did his usual Kahuku Golf Course to Turtle Bay trek today, and reported RL54 mid way between High Rock and Kahuku Pt, and La'akea at the elbow, Turtle Bay.

Noa visiting Miss Diane on Molokai
  RL54 at Kahuku
Kerby at Maili
 Kolohe at Maili
Rip and MM at White Plains
 Benny at KoOlina
Kermit and MM at Paradise Cove

Oh shucks, the last two shots of the fat, PREGNANT seal...that is our beloved R028 at Paradise Cove. She was alone at the time...and then, she got a visit from Fat Boy, KERMIT R012, Bleach N4, Tag 4DG.

Thanks to Laurie for taking care of M and M and then, RIP who came later in the afternoon. Appreciate the help kid.

And the KoOlina Gang...Thanks for being there for Pohaku and Kermit as well. Also for the Benny after we left his site at Lagoon 4 at 4:30pm. Glad April was there to keep folks informed of DA BENNY.

I wonder if all the seals we been finding, will show up for the count today, or, will they play hide and seek.

And happy to say Linda S. was back at work with the seals at KoOlina, nice to have ya...again. Oh my gosh, and thanks to Sue and Sam!!! Thanks for checking out Lagoon 1 Sam...a report earlier said a seal was there...but we were with other seals to go...
