Whew I'm so glad Kermit was there after the vehicle!
Yes, Kermit was there after the lifeguards did their rounds. I saw him on the beach below the tracks and then when I came back around later to check on him, he had moved right onto them. I couldn't resist taking a picture. The lifeguards would never run over our seals and if he was too close to where they were riding, they would have gone into the road to avoid him. They take care of our seals with the same passion the volunteers have for them.
