4-26-2013 DB's Dailies

At 0600 I found Irma (R010) waiting for me right where I'd left her last night at Hanauma Bay. I restrung the cordon and the day began. Irma would depart of her own volition at 1228. Much Mahalos to Jack and Ann and the rest of the HB gang.

Gayle would call at 0719 with the report of Kaiwi (RK96), having overnighted at Lanai Lookout.

At 0739 I found what would prove to be Duke (RA12) up in the Morning Glory to the left of 1BS on Rabbit Island. He would later move down and spent the rest of the day at the water line, with company.

At 0743 I became aware of a partially visible Kainoa in the shallows amongst the rocks on the Waimanalo end of RI. I only got partially glimpse of him through the morning as he foraged in the tide pools. He would finally haul out to the left end beach at 1233, but even then moved behind a rock. We had a very minimal relationship today.

On a pan at 0904 I once again found what would prove to be Buster at the Last Greenery, at yesterday's location. He would remain all day, moving up with the rising tide.

At 1011 Nani (RK60) hauled out to join Duke at 1BS. They would remain there together the rest of the day.

At 1100, Gayle reported that Aukai (RL12) had arrived to join Kaiwi at Lanai Lookout.

At 1148 Gayle reported the LL cast had grown to 3, with the arrival of RK36.
Team Billand checked in at 0747 with the report of Kolohe (RW22) at Maili Point.

The Billands called again at 0956 with the report of Kermit (R012) at the #1813 pavilion, Nimitz Cottages.

At 1614 the Billands reported R912 at Maili.
