These fantastic photos were sent in on Thursday from Laurie Finley. There were several more to choose from, but in this case I selected (with Laurie's permission) the photos that relayed a story.... It can be any story, feel free to make up your own.
What I see is mother nature at her best.... you don't need to know much to see how amazing and beautiful these animals are. How sad it will be if we lose them forever.
To all the volunteers keep doing what you are doing.... every little bit matters when it comes to protecting the endangered Hawaiian monk seals.

I am glad Laurie's LOVER SHOTS got posted. I so enjoyed looking at each photo, just a really sweet moment in a monk seals ..... love life.
M and M been an item along time...Rip always manages to find M, where ever she goes.
I guess, he is the ..... DADDY of the next pup coming soon. Rip is one big male...strong too.
