Hanauma Bay posse person Ann began my day at 0615 with the report of a large animal fronting one of the lifeguard stands at HB. When I arrived at 0625 I found Irma (R010) snoozin' the morning away. Ann and Jack went above and beyond, as usual in taking care of Irma, amongst the greasy hordes. Irma would depart at 1325. Thanks guys.....Ya' Done Good !!!

When I finally got to Makai Pier for a Rabbit Island check at 0800, I found Sadie and pup (D#2) at the Waimanalo end of the beach on RI. She would lead the pup out onto the left end rock flats where they spent the rest of the day, only partially visible at best. I will spare you my pathetic attempt at shots. Just scroll back to yesterday's shots and imagine them 1 day older.

At 0958 I found what would prove to be Nani (RK60) on the water front rocks of Rocky Right Beach. There was another animal there with her, but it was barely visible, and I could never get an ID.

At 1123 Gayle called with the report of Rocky (RH58) doing her hippo act in Irma's Grotto, Kokee Flats, Portlock.

At 1140 I found RK36 and Duke (RA12) at Spitting Cave. They were separate and had nothing to do with one another.

Gayle would call again at 1215 to report Kaiwi (RK96) at Lanai Lookout.

Lesley had done a Diamond Head to San Souci check this morning looking for critters, and especially RA36 at last night's location. She found nobody.

Zeeny would call at 1505 to advise that RA36 had just arrived at Spitting Cave, and he and RK36 were together there.

Team Billand called at 0720 with the report of an overnighted R912 in Maili. She would depart at 0745.

At 0810 the Billands reported Pohaku (RO28) at Paradise Cove. Dana called at 1900 to advise that Pohaku was departing.

Dera called at 1000 to advise that Marissa had found R5AY at Malaekahana.

Team Billand checked in at 1102 with a batch of finds. They reported M&M at 1944, RIP (RR70), and Kermit (R012) at LG Tower#2, at White Plains.

At 1342 the Billands found Noa (R6FI) and R018 together at Maili Point.

At 1415 the Billands found Benny (RE74) at the Makaha Surfside Condos.
