3-4-2013 DB's Dailies

Despite lots of miles I was batting zero until I pulled into Sandy Beach at 0924. Just as I was watching Buster (RV08) cruise the beach front at the east end, Ocean Safety called with the report of an animal at SB. I told him I was watching the animal as we spoke. He was suitably impressed, adding to the legend, when in fact it was just pure bull**** luck. He hauled out... waited for me to put up signs, and then returned to the water, hauling out 25 ft east and moving up to the vegetation line, at the access path. I cordoned him off...again, and he has remained all day. Bleach Boy, Sean came and got a right side N21 bleach with a right side posterior single line girdle, at 1059. I picked up the rope at 1900. Buster remains.

At 1050 posse members Teri & Zeeny called with the report of Kaiwi (RK96) at Spitting Cave. She would depart at 1212. Zeeny called at 1502 to advise that Kaiwi was now at Lanai Lookout.

At 1155, when I got back to Makai Pier I found Aukai (RL12) at Seal Rock Inlet. She would remain all day

Also at 1155 I found Mojo (RI17) snoozin' on the beach front incline fronting 1BS. Both would remain all day.

Dana called at 0759 with the report of an animal at Paradise Cove. The Billands would confirm, Kermit (R012) at 0823. He departed at 1748.

At 1004 Team Billand reported Pohaku (RO28) at Lagoon #2, KoOlina.

At 1105 the Billands found Makaiwi (R4DF) fronting #1777, Nimitz Cottages.

Dana called at 1343 called with the report of "N3" west of Ewa Beach Park. The Billands called to advise that Irma (R010) was near Access #185C. Toni Russ called at 1812 to also advise of Irma. She had put out signs.

Team Billand called at 1523 to report M&M (R020) at #12707, White Plains.

The Lesley & Diga expedition did the upper east side today, and found R5AY at Kualoa Point, and RI37 at Hauula. Ya' Done Good !!!

Ocean Safety called at 1639 with the report of an animal across the street from the old Cornet Store on the west side. At 1825 the Billands confirmed R018. He departed at 1825.
