A Big Mahalo to the Volunteers this Weekend

Aloha Good People

Earlier this evening an email went out to thank everyone who spent many hours watching the seals this weekend... I am posting a portion of that email sent out by Dana Jones, who is responsible for coordinating the insanity and make sure Dana got her big MAHALOs too...

Many thanks go out to the Billands who are so important to all of us in helping keep up with these critters, but most important to the critters themselves.  Also a big thank you to the team of volunteers that were so helpful and enthusiastic this weekend. The seals would thank you if they only knew what you do to watch over them.

The Cobers and Alan took double shifts throughout the weekend and I cannot thank them enough for their dedication and most of all their giving and positive help and attitude. No one can do the job that the Billands do and I can honestly say that I could not do my job without them on these crazy weekends.
Much Aloha and Mahalos to everyone for a great outcome to this weekend of celebration.

I need to apologize to Frank Vansteel, he also took on and did double shifts and to watch over the critters this weekend. A true veteran and volunteer. Thank you Frank for your military sacrifice and duty. HMSRTO is blessed to have you on the team to save this species. Mahalo.
