On my first Rabbit Island look, I found Duke just hauling out to 1BS. He would be joined by Kolohe at 0907, and then Buster caming along in the afternoon at 1349 to join the youngsters. There was some minimal , brief interaction between Buster and Duke, initiated by Duke, but things quickly settled down and all returned to snooze mode for the rest of the day.
Team Billand called at 1012 to report RI37 just hauling out at Tracks. The next call came at 1248 when Barbara reported they were following two swimming animals, one of which was definitely Kermit, at Nimitz Beach. They called again at 1303 to report that Kermit had hauled out fronting #1845 at Nimitz Beach, and simultaneously, Rocky had hauled out to Kermit's Reef on the west side of the Nimitz jetty.
At 1659 the Billands spotted another animal well west of Nimitz jetty. At 1716 they confirmed the ID as 2AW.
Duke, Kolohe and Buster
