He is so gorgeous. He is very innocent to all that is occuring to him at Molokai. What is to become of our beloved monk seal from Kauai.Who will be his new friend, man or seal??? Will he make it to where he is going???? Will someone step in to get him out of that wharf??? Or will one wait till an injury or death occur? What are we to do now? Who has the answer? Who has the key? KP, whatever happens, I was proud to watch you all those months at Kaneohe. I never once touched you! I wanted to, but didnt. You will always be a very special friend to all of us. I wish I knew how to solve this problem you are expiercing on Molokai. God bless you sweet soul, you'll be in our hearts forever!!! Wish I could take you, keep you, save you from harm. You are an innocent monk seal, looking mighty happy with the humans on Molokai, but you got to understand, it just isnt right. Keep those flippers crossed, someone will get you out, real soon. You're in my thoughts all the time ever since you left in Dec. O8. Our prayers are with you.
You look so handsome sweetheart. It isnt fair!!!
This is going to end in tragedy. If NOAA is done with their experiment, they should find an aquarium to take him in. Its too bad Sea Life Park doesn't take him. They could train him & use him to EDUCATE people. KP deserves to live in a safe environment. He only knows humans... and I fear for his safety.. it is just a matter of time.
