6/23/2014 DB's Dailies: Pua&Kainoa@RI, Duke@SC, R5AY@Kualoa, Right Spot@Sunset, M&M@W

Things have been busy the last few days in the SE quadrant , but today was definitely a different kinda’ day. Despite multiple checks of all locations by myself and Gayle, as well as having a visiting guest Diane T roaming all the spots, the finds were minimal.

 At 1041 I found Pua (RF34) at 2BS on Rabbit Island, and at 1049 Kainoa (RN04) would haul out to Seal Rock Inlet. That would be my cast for today . Unfortunately , there were also 2 Bad Guys who made 3 separate landing on Rabbit Island. Despite many a call to DOCARE Dispatch there was never a DOCARE response. They did not interact with either of the seals.

 At 1254 Gayle called with the report of an animal doing 9-13 minute dives . Photo evidence shows Duke (RA12).

 Dana called at 0815 with reports of R5AY at Kualoa Point, and an U/U at Sunset Beach. Afternoon email from Dana brought a Jeannie Martinson photo confirming the Right Spot (R016) ID at Sunset. 

Team Billand reported &M (R020) fronting Tower #2 at White Plains.

It just never ends.
