5-27-2012 DB's Dailies:

At 0645 posse member Kimo, reported Irma (R010) at Irma's Grotto, Kokee Flats, Portlock. Missus Whisperer went over to get confirmation shots.

At 1117 I got a call from Hanauma Bay posse member Ethel, reporting an animal on the left side rock flats at HB. When I arrived at 1130 I found Buster (1130), snoozin' on the flats. He would move off the flats at 1150, and swim inside the reef for a bit, amongst all the greasy people. He departed through the "Backdoor Channel" at 1155.

After a check of some other spots, I went to Spitting Cave at 1331, and there I found Buster (1340) doing 10 minute dives. He departed around the point at 1419.

At 1523 Jack at the Bay called, followed closely (1527) by Ethel reporting an animal swimming amongst the hordes at Hanauma Bay. When Marilyn and I arrived at 1537 we found Buster (1540) swimming outside the reef on the left side. He would come inside and investigate the left side flats, bellowing almost continously. 

During our stay he would swim from left side to right side of the bay, moving inside and outside the reef multiple times. We lost him as he went out the "Cable Channel" on the right side of the bay at 1646.

Team Billand reported Kerby (RW08) at Maili Point at 0728. He would haul out at 0800, depart at 0830, and return at 1300.

The Billands reported Benny doing a "drive by" at Electric Beach, and at Banyan Tree Beach, before finally hauling out at Paradise Cove at 0933.

At 1518 they found a chunky M&M (R020) at Tracks.

At 1552 they reported 2AW at Electric Beach.

Dana called at 1734 to advise that Jeannie Martinson had reported Right Spot (R016) at Rocky Point.
