Though I had not seen Sadie&Aka as the morning began however finally with junk lighting at 0833 they hauled out the the west end of the beach and started a feed. They would remain at that end of the beach all day, but did 2 further swim sessions, again hauling out to the same location.
On a routine pan to the Seal Rock Inlet area checking one again to see RM38 & Aukai, but out of the tall grasses behind the area came Kawena (RH36) beginning to move down to join the others. I’d had no clue that she had ever been there until she came outta’ the grass. Again she would remain all day, but was often hiding in Seal Rock Inlet also.
Team Billand called at 0655 to advise that Pohaku (RO28) cruising in the area of Nimitz Jetty. By 0754 the reported that she had hauled out on the jetty. Later she would leave the jetty, but then later returned again.
At 1329 the Billands reported Lei Ola (RH48) at Makua Cliffs. Again at 1450 the Billand advised that RIP(RR70) &RL42 had hauled out to Makua Cliffs.
