It was a great day for a few reasons. At 0817 I began to seen two animals together hidden in the Seal Rock Inlet rocks. As it would turn out it turned out to be RG32 & Kainoa (RN04). They would later come more visible, and Kainoa’s camera patch on his shoulder hump was still visible. Given recent happenings, having to deal with Kerby & family Kainoa, it was the last thing I wanted to see, but so far so good.

Sadie & PO1 hauled out to the far west end as per usual on RI. They would two other swim sessions as per usual . The absolute highlight of the day came with the finding that I was able to ID the pup as a male. I checked shots to Brenda, Thea, Mark &Tracy on Molokai, and they’ve all agreed male. I’m goin’ with Aka on this guy. I’ve been waiting a long time for a boy so Sadie can do it. Finally, an actual Lyman Monk Seal !!! Congrats Danny !!!
At 0631 TeamBilland reported RIP (RR70) at Maili .
At 0731 Kekoa (RK72) finally came back to that side in a will. He joined Maili with RIP. They would both departed later.

At 0900 Team Billand reported Lei Ola (RH48) at Makua Cliffs.
Tammy & Dave spent the day at the End of the World. At 1056 the confirmed RW02 near the Ka’ena’s Pool, KP.
At 1117 T&D also found Squinty (R330) at the Runway.
On their lonnng way home Tammy & Dave also stopped by to check with R5AY at Hauula. Thanks Guys !!!
