Hi Everyone,

R5AY & Pup changed location again today. Tony found them nursing at about 10:45am at the "elbow", the beach at the bend that leads out to Kahuku Point. He said there was a family of 11 that were swimming near their previous haul out area so it's possible that is why they moved. It may be the same people but there is a big group at MacKenzie's camp site. When I arrived at 1:20pm they were nursing again and at 2:45pm they went for a swim in the shallows and offshore for about an hour and a half. Karen arrived for her shift at 4pm and we decided to take down the previous zone and set up a new zone at the "elbow". They hauled out to nurse again and looked like they were settled in for the night. We'll see what happens tomorrow.
