At 0550 I found Kimo and Irma (R010) waiting for me at Sandy Beach. Buster was not there. We did the cordon, and Irma remained the rest of the day. At 1050 lifeguard Billy, called to say that a 2nd animal had joined Irma within the cordon. When I arrived at 1100 I found Buster (RV08) and Irma together. They had words several times through the day, but they have both remained. Irma decided to depart at 1658, amidst a squall, and Buster dutifully followed close behind.
At 1000 I found Kaiwi (RK96) at Left Middle Cliff, Rabbit Island.
At 1041 Nani (RK60) and Kolohe (RW22) hauled out together fronting 1BS, on RI. Nani's D#3 bleach is 15%.
Team Billand reported Benny (RE74) fronting #1708, White Plains.
Dana called at 0856 with the report of an animal at Sunset Beach. Jeannie Martinson would ID Right Spot (R016). She would be run off by the adoring hordes at 1222.
Karen Rohter called at 0924 with the "We have a weaner" report from Turtle Bay. R5AY has weaner her daughter P03. She was observed to have interacted with big sister La'akea (RK80) through the day.
Team Billand called at 0955 to report M&M fronting #1706 at White Plains. At 1010 Benny would move to join her. Benny would depart M&M at 1040, and at 1330 hauled out again fronting #1701 WP.
