On my first look at Rabbit Island , at 0713, I found what would prove to be Kainoa (RN04) snoozin’ at Left Greenery .
At 0728 what turned out to be Mojo (RI17) hauled out to LG also. There was not interaction.
When I got back to Makai Pier at 0923 I found that the boys had been joined by Aukai (RL12). Each was well away of the others. When they began to move down for there was minimal brief interaction, but all spent the rest of the day near, but not too near the others.
Colleen mail at 0630 advised that T21M remained at Diamond Head. Posse member Christian saw him at 0955 and sent shots. Colleen advised that T21M was gone at 1800.
Posse member Gayle called to say that THE Donna (our beloved Blogmeister) was off on a Monk Seal mission, somewhere in the wilds of the Enchanted Lake area of Kailua. Donna will be enlightening us all on this response. The bottom line however was no critter found.
At 1114 Team Billand reported Haupu (RB25) and an U/U at Guard Rails Beach, Maili. They would confirm the other animal as R912 at 1542. They also advised that Haupu was now gone.
At 1145 the Billands called to advise that volunteer Jean had reported a quick stop but Kermit to White Plains to check out M&M. He did not stay. Both animals entered the water and departed. At 1316 call to the Billands from Dana advised that M&M was not back to #1708, WP, and alone. Thanks to Trudy & Angel for being there for M&M.
