Marilyn viewed Rabbit Island from 12:28 to 2:30 pm and there were five seals seen during that time.
When she started her viewing she could see only one Mom and Pup on LPB. She decided later that the mom was RL12 Aukai based on a scar in her mid-shoulder region and one red tag on her RRF. Later Aukai and PO12 moved up the beach and revealed RH76 Kala and PO11 had been hidden behind them.
Both moms and pups seem fine. PO12 turned 3 weeks old on the 4th and was partially hidden behind RL12 during Marilyn's viewing session.
At some point RH76 Kala rolled off her stomach to present to PO11 (who turned 3 weeks old on the 3rd) and the pup nursed.
On the rock flats Lanikai side of LPB, Marilyn saw a sliver of what she thought was a weaner in a tide pool. Later when she saw a bit more of the seal, she was reasonably sure it was one of the weaners, but couldn't say which one.
Team R&B had a very similar day as yesterday in that the beaches were jam packed with people and their dogs.
They headed westward today and found their only seal of the day RP30 Puka. He had just landed on the spot, was nice enough to show his tag, so they could immediately ID him. They didn't stay long, as to not draw attention to him.
They did see dolphins in two locations today. Some of the dolphins had the tracking fin tags. But beyond that they dolphins did their best putting on a show.
