Once again I just want to say thank you to the Kauai folks for sharing their photos.... and most importantly for all that they do.... They have been a solid group of volunteers for quite sometime and have always done great work when it comes to being monk seal guardians. We don't always get to communicate with one another.... so just want to make sure you all know you're appreciated near and far.

Special thanks to Miss Mary of Kauai and her husband Lloyd. These two are super cool volunteers who devote their time to Monk Seals for many years. We met them years ago at a Meeting on Maui, and since then we became SEAL BUDS.
And A big THANKS to Mr Gary L. who takes all those photos of our critters on Kauai. He is the seal whisperer in his area, spends much time in the hot sun, walks miles to photograph and keep track of all the seals..You are appreciated Mr Gary.
And I also want to say, how sorry we are of your Fathers passing yesterday...May he rest in peace.
There are other volunteers that we met, I forget the names, but, you are all so awesome in caring for our critically endangered Hawaiian Monk Seals.
