4-10-11 DB Dailies

The first order of business was to check Sandy Beach at 0600. Benny (RE74) had departed. Posse member Stacey had seen him at 2130 last night, but he was gone. I picked up the signs and continued the adventure.

On my 2nd look at Rabbit Island at 0922, I found a light colored area amongst the Morning Glory, fronting 3BS. At 1124 that spot became Duke (RA12), now moving down to the water front rocks, where he spent the remainder of the day.

At 1050, what would prove to be RIP (RR70) hauled out 60 ft left of 1BS. He would move up and into and then behind the Morning Glory left of 1BS. At 1202 he began moving down to the water line, at the far left end of the beach, allowing the ID. He would remain there the rest of the day.

Dana called at 0817 with the report of a Hotline call about a "juvenile" animal in EB. When the Billands arrived they found Irma. How anybody can see a juvenile in Irma is beyond me.

At 0916 Team Billand found Max (R5EW) at Kalaeloa Campgrounds, with lots of weekend camper kids getting way to close. At 1520 the Billands found Ewa Girl (RS00) just to the left of the jetty at Campbell Industrial Park. They say she is gynormous.  When they got to Palm Grove, Campbell Industrial Park, a bit further down the beach, they found Kermit (R4DG) and Makaiwi (R4DF) together.

I'm happy to let you know that Ewa Girl's first know daughter, Sadie (RB12) was born this day, 4 years ago on Rabbit Island. Happy Birthday Sadie !!
Happy Birthday Sadie Lady!
