Well I jumped the gun last night, it appears young T12 is still snuggled away on Kauai. A very wonderful mom and daughter team (Kelly and Amy) who are renting a cottage at Aliomanu Beach and they came across T12. It was young Amy 13 years old who knew who to call to make the report AND she is responsible for these great shots. Mahalo to momma Kelly and young Amy.
Also just to note the volunteer coordinator and volunteers on Kauai must be doing something right if a young visitor knew what to do when she saw T12... good stuff all the way around. ~da blog lady~

WOW....outstanding photos and thanks for sharing. I was telling Barbara B the other day that I do believe the future of the Hawaiian Monk Seal is in the hands of our youth. Great job Amy!!!!
