DB Post Monday 9/7/09

The Rabbit Island cast was composed of M38 who made a brief early morning appearance and then departed, the weaners, Mikala & Duke, and a 95% molted Kolohe, and last but not least the lovely , young Sadie. Unfortunately all of their lives would be affected by the arrival of two spear fishermen, in a 2-man gray kayak who arrived at 1110, interacted with the calst, did a dive from 1127 until 1337, and then hauled out again afterward. They departed at 1419. During their stay they interacted with all the animals. I made the DOCARE call at 1115 and got the much, much dreaded recording, since DOCARE personnel DON"T WORK HOLIDAYS !!!! SAD !!!!!

On my 0802 Spitting Cave I found Buster doing 7 minute dives.

At 0739 Tracy called with the report of Irma at Nimitz Beach. The Billands would confirm the Irma ID at Wind Sock, Kalaeloa at 0956. She had last been seen on 8-13-09 at Wind Sock, by the Billands,

Team Billand also reported Ewa Girl at Palm Grove, Campbell Industrial Park at 1055.
