This is yet another incident with innocent monk seals and law breaking men who land on R. I. It is totaly insane DOCARE doesnt respond to these events at all. Where is the justice? I wonder what Jeff Walters would think of this latest invasion on the Island? Will he do anything? It is SO NOT RIGHT!!!!!!!! Who will step in and GET THESE PEOPLE TO FACE JAIL TIME? ANd who will give them a hefty FINE for all they do on R.I. Just look at all the seals that are disturbed, poor things. Are they not safe on their own turf???? What if the state staggers DOCARE'S work week? Then someone can respond to these awful incidents, someone can be available on weekends or holidays. There has got to be a solution before one of these seals gets hurt or killed out there. BAH!!!!
