The NOAA gang, of Tracy, Thea and Ilana kayaked out to Rabbit Island to tag Mikala, and perhaps bleach others. In a masterpiece of junk timing 4 Bad Guys, in 2 kayaks arrived just ahead of the team. The took great pains to cover their kayaks in sand back at the left end cliff, so they knew they weren't supposed to be there. Tracy and Thea made contact with them just as they were moving up into the bird area, and advised them that the island was off limits and that they were under observation from Oahu, and DOCARE had been notified, which I had done the millisecond they landed. I'm happy to report that they were busted at Kaupo Beach Park at 1030.
With all the human action, M38 departed as did RIP. I did not see them again today. The gang moved down to the right of 3BS ,where Mikala received her brand new RA14/15 tags. Tracy also managed to get an N18 bleach on Duke afterward. Sadie and Ewa Girl were alert and no bleaching was possible.
The Billands checked in at 1040 with the news that they were with M&M at the Feed Lot, Campbell Industrial Park.

Awe, Mikala is a darling angel, with no neck just face. He. He. She is gorgeous. Duke, you'll be so much easier to id now, Hooray! And so glad those jerks were caught before they did harm to the critters on R.I. What's wrong with these people? WHy do they love R.I. so much???? What is it that they want out there. Good job guys! So much Drama today huh? Hey, while Mikala was getting her tags done, her mommie M and M was out at Campbells today. She looks pretty tired, skinny but was alert and snoozing on shore.
