6-30-2013 DB's Dailies: Kainoa@RI, Kaiwi@BF, M&M@KCG, Ka'ena&RK36@KP

On my 2^nd look at Rabbit Island at 0925, I found Kainoa (N04) fronting 2BS. He would remain the rest of the day, and once again was the only RI resident . Despite lots of lookin’ he was my only SE quadrant find.

　

At 1410 I found Kaiwi snoozin’ at Buster Flats, Lanai Lookout.

　

At 0826 Kimo checked in from the end of the world with the report of Ka’ena (RO40) at the runway, Ka’ena Point. On his way back on the Waianae side trail he found RK36, surrounded by assh....idiots .

　

At 0854 Team Billand reported M&M (R020) at Kalaeloa Campground. They reported her departure at 1100. She had been harassed by camper/idiots.

　

Dera called at 1115 with lots of news. Firstly, she reported R5AY, once again at Malaekahana today.

　

She also advised that Eileen had reported Ewa Girl (RS00)&Pup, Kekoa (RK72), RIP (RR70), and Buster (RV08), all at the Reef Runway. My luck, I'll be out there Tuesday and no-one will be there except a bunch of wallows....

My first pass through the SE quadrant was zero, but as I was checking Sandy Beach from the Blowhole Lookout at 0834 I found what would prove to be Buster (RV08) just hauling out from the tide pools at the far east end of SB. Well off the main beach. I cordoned him off and he has remained the rest of the day.

When I got to Makai Pier at 0943 for my 2^nd look at Rabbit Island I found Kainoa (RN04), fronting 3BS. He would remain there the rest of the day, and he was once again, the only RI resident today.

　

Posse member Alice2 called at 1224 with the report of an animal at Spitting Cave. When I arrived at 1240 I found Kaiwi (RK96) doing 7-9 minute dives.

　

Dana called at 0627 with the report of an animal at Lifeguard stand 2E in Waikiki. Colleen checked in at 0742 to confirm the Irma (R010) ID. She called again at 0747 to report that Irma had departed, headed east. Tomorrow ????? (OIK)

　

Marilyn did the Ka’ena Point trek today, and as she headed out the west side she called at 0751 to report Pohaku (RO28) and Benny (RE74) together at Keaau’s Bridge .

　

When Marilyn got to the end of the world she reported RK36 at the Main Pool, and Ka’ena (RO40) & Kerby (RW08) at Ka’ena’s Pool at Ka’ena Point.

　

On her way home she advised that Pohaku & Benny were still there at 1300. On the Billands check at 1437 they were gone. Witnesses advised that they were run off my idiots.

　

At 0811 Team Billand reported M&M (R020) fronting #1760, White Plains. She would depart at 1600.

　

Last but not least, a Happy 3^rd Birthday to Ua Malie!!!!

At 0743 Gayle called with the report of Buster (RV08) doing 8 minute dives at Spitting Cave.

At 0835 I found Kainoa (RN04) once again amongst the Kainoa sized , water front rocks at Left Greenery on Rabbit Island. He would remain the rest of the day, and was the only RI resident. 　

At 1050 Gayle called with the report of Kaiwi (RK96) at Buster Flats. At 0658 Team Billand reported Pohaku (RO28) and Benny (RE74) together at Makaha. 　

At 0840 the Billands found M&M, alone fronting #1943, White Plains. She departed at 1518. 　

Gayle called at 1714 with the report of Buster (RV08) checking on Kaiwi at Buster Flats. It was only a quick check.

Team Billand celebrated their 44th Anniversary, between critters. Happy 44th guys!!! Awwww happy anniversary team billand .... i love seeing the two of you together.... such team work, such caring such sharing. xoxoxoxoxoxox
