Thankfully, today was one of those rare days where Rabbit Island was a bust. It was just me and 17 Brown Noddys. No seals at all.

 At 0639 I found what would prove to be Buster (RV08) at Blowhole. I only saw a single “up”. Gayle reported him again at 1122.

 At 1200 I found Buster (RV08) newly arrived to the Blowhole end of Sandy Beach. I cordoned him off. Picked up the stuff at dark. Buster had departed at 1830.

 At 1121 Gayle reported Kaiwi (RK96) at Buster Flats (Lanai Lookout).

 At 0748 called to advise that they had gotten a call about an animal behind a residence at Maili, that had reportedly been there since 0200. The animal was said to have its skin falling off. The Billands would later confirm the Pohaku (RO28) ID.

 At 1226 posse member Jen Christian reported having seen an animal in a cave on a dive at Spitting Cave. She advised that her shots of use for an ID. Nobody was seen at SC today.

 At 1253 the Billands found Kolohe (RW22) at Maili Guard Rails.

 At 1400 Team Billand reported the arrival of M&M (R020) to Tower#2, White Plains.

 Karen Turner checked in to advise that she had found La’akea (RK82) on Hanaka’ilio Beach (2nd beach), Turtle Bay at 1325.

 Colleen checked in at 1805 with the report of Rocky (RH58) at Beach Rd, Diamond Head, and naturally she just has to be right in the walkway at the bottom of the road leading to the beach.

 In the Yesterday’s News department Kimo Smith did the KP trek yesterday. He found Luana (RN58) amidst a lot of garbage left behind by your fellow man, at the Mokuleia, birth beach.

 At the point he found Ka’ena (RO40), Temp402, RW02 & RL42. Thank You Kimo !!

 Team Billand called to advise that they are working late....Again at White Plains. Check the blog in the morning for their day.
