At 0715 I found Duke (RA12) and Kolohe (RW22) together on Left Point Beach, 100 ft left of 1BS.
At 1018 ,to my complete surprise a head suddenly popped up in the Morning Glory, 60 ft left of 1BS. It would prove to be Sadie (RB12). I'd last seen her on 5-15-11. She would move down near the water line to cool off, and Duke and Kolohe would galumph over to join her. There was lots of interaction on the beach, but after a while the boys would enter the water, at 1124. They hauled out again to join at 1226. Once again there would be interaction, however after a while all settled down to snooze mode.
Team Billand reported Makaiwi (R4DF) at the east end fence at White Plains at 0715. They advised that she had departed at 1600. At 0823 they found Max (R5EW) fronting #1777 at Nimitz Cottages. At 1600 they advised that they were responding to Makaha on a Dana call about an animal. The U/U was gone on their arrival.
Dera called at 0843 to report an animal at Kahuku Golf Course. I got no further word on this haul out.
A 1735 call from Dana brought word of an U/U animal at 186D in Ewa Beach. John Sadowski is on it. No further word at this writing. Dana also advised that she'd gotten word from a Ka'ena Point visitor that 761 plus two other animals were seen at KP today. I'm sure NOAA will continue monitor that news.
