1/19/2010 DB Dailies

I found Right Spot waiting for me at 0600, right where I'd left her last night at Sandy Beach. She definitely overnighted. When I did my 2nd Sandy Beach check at 1130, Right Spot was gone. I'd seen her last on an earlier check at 0900. The best witnesses I could find could only say that she had been gone when they arrived at 1000, so 0900-1000 was her window of departure. After I picked up the stuff I relocated to Blow Hole Lookout, and sure enough there was Right Spot doing 13 minute dives.

On my 0744 Spitting Cave check I found Buster doing 8 minute dives.

The Rabbit Island cast for today began with finding Kolohe down amongst the Kolohe sized rocks fronting 1BS at the left end of the beach, at 0930. At 0938 I found Duke moving out of the tall grass at the right end of the beach. At 1028 Mikala hauled out 80 ft left of 1BS at the left end. All cast members would remain at those locations for the day.
