The first order of business was to check Sandy Beach at 0530. Thankfully, Right Spot was no longer there. So far, at least, I've not seen her today.
From Makai Pier, at 0706 I found Kolohe pushing coconuts around with his nose at 1BS on Rabbit Island. His peace and tranquility were rudely interrupted with the arrival of M38 at 0707. M38 was climbing all over him and Kolohe was going to play....or else. At 0719 M38 moved down to the water. You would have thought that Kolohe would be glad to be rid of him but nope.... Kolohe galumphed right down to the water behind him, and water play continued. I would not see Kolohe again today.
When I got back to Makai Pier at 0930 I found M&M and Mojo, 10 ft apart, with M38 30 ft to their right. This was fronting the greenery to the right of 1BS. All would remain there the rest of the day with no interaction.
Team Billand checked in at 0701 with the report of Irma just hauling out to the east side of the White Plains east end perimeter fence, with another animal swimming off shore. At 0715 they called again to confirm that the other animal was Kermit, who hauled out to the WP side of the WP fence. A 1732 call with Barbara advised that Irma was just departing. Kermit remains.
Karen Bryan called at 1654 to advise that KC was at MCBH again today. She apparently departed at approximately 1500. There are no photos as of this writing.
Dana Jones called at 1728 with the report of RI37 at Tracks. --- Team Billand called at 1800 with the report of Rocky at NIM.
