Today we completed 18 crowding boards for monk seal field responses. This enormous projectas headed up by Andrea and Tom Evans who spent many hours prepping the boards and organized a group of their fellow members of Waipahu Church of Christ to assist with the final painting stage. With an assembly line of about 10 adults and kids we were able to finish in about 3.5 hours. Thanks to Pastor Davidfor being the gracious host, and of course a big mahalo goes out to the super duo Andrea and Tom!!

What team work it was. The whole group assembly line was awesome and Dera was right in there with paint brush in hand. The kids seemed to love the power tools and I think learned quite a bit about monk seals in the process. Andrea and Tom, I am forever grateful for what you guys did in taking on this project. Mahalo nui loa for your awesome help and commitment.
